• Usage and device data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and to understand site usage.
• Local storage. We store a small flag in your browser’s local storage to remember that you acknowledged the beta notice, so it isn’t shown repeatedly. This stays on your device.
• No payment data in beta. We do not collect or process payment-card information during the beta. If paid subscriptions launch later, payments would be handled by a third-party payment processor under its own terms, and we would update this Policy.

3. How we use information

• to respond to your inquiries and provide access to reports and the Service;
• to send you reports, updates, or beta communications you have requested;
• to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; and
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

The public-records data we publish about properties is not your personal information and is sourced from government and public records.
