• Local storage. We store a small flag in your browser’s local storage to remember that you accepted the site acknowledgement, so it isn’t shown repeatedly. This stays on your device.
• Payments. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe) under its own privacy terms. We do not collect or store payment-card information ourselves; we receive only confirmation of the transaction and the billing contact you provide.

The public-records data we publish about properties is not your personal information and is sourced from government and public records.
