These Terms govern your use of First Tuesday Report. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the First Tuesday Report website and any reports, data, or services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta service

The Service is currently offered as a beta preview. It is provided for evaluation and feedback, may contain errors, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Features, content, and pricing shown during beta are previews and are not final. You should not rely on the Service during beta for any bidding, purchase, financial, or legal decision.

3. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides research, data compilation, and analysis about properties offered at Bibb County, Georgia courthouse auctions, for informational and educational purposes only. As described in our Disclaimer, the Service is not legal, financial, investment, tax, appraisal, brokerage, or title-examination services, and using it creates no attorney-client, fiduciary, agency, or professional relationship.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are using it for lawful purposes.

5. Access and accounts

During beta, access may be provided by arrangement (for example, by request via email). You are responsible for keeping any access credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Subscriptions, fees, and payment

Membership tiers and prices displayed on the Service are previews and are subject to change. No paid subscriptions are being sold or billed during beta. If and when paid subscriptions become available, applicable fees, billing cycles, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase and will form part of these Terms. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees will be billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and subscriptions may be cancelled to stop future renewals.

7. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service and use the reports for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:

• copy, resell, republish, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any report;
• share member-only content with non-members or post it publicly;
• scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access or extract content except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any third party’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its reports, compilations, text, design, and branding, is owned by First Tuesday Report and its operator and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying public records are the property of their respective sources. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.

9. Third-party sources and links

The Service relies on third-party and public data sources and may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our Disclaimer applies in full. To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Tuesday Report and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service; and our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or US$100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Tuesday Report and its operator from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your bidding or purchase decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violation of these Terms or during or after the beta. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Bibb County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
